Bill Baldwin oversees the budgeting, financial performance, and treasury of Kepner-Tregoe (KT) worldwide. His responsibilities include financial reporting, accounting, budgeting and forecasting, treasury, insurance, and cash management functions for KT global operations.
He has worked with leading financial advisors, investment firms, and banks on line-of-credit facilities, property mortgages and other debt instruments as well as foreign currency risk management and hedging programs. Since joining the company in 1997 as worldwide controller, he has implemented successful systems to improve efficiencies while reducing costs and improving cash flows.
Prior to joining KT, Bill was the corporate controller for Prince Sports Group, Inc. where he was responsible for all financial reporting, accounting, budgeting, and forecasting. He was also with Ernst & Young for eleven years, where he served clients in manufacturing, distribution, real estate, communications, and high-tech industries. He also has been a national seminar instructor.
Bill holds a bachelor of arts in accounting from Rowan University. He is a Certified Public Accountant, and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New Jersey State Society of Certified Public Accountants. |
