Lex Wilkinson directs revenue related functions at RCC including customer billing, roaming strategy and revenue assurance. Before joining RCC in 2000, Wilkinson directed fraud and security investigations as a consultant to the telecommunications industry including CTIA, The Wireless Association TM. He also was a corporate executive committee member of the Professional Security Bureau.
Prior to his involvement in the wireless industry, Wilkinson worked in law enforcement. He has a B.A. degree in the administration of criminal justice from DeSales University in Allentown, Penn. He holds the designations of Certified Protection Professional from the American Society of Industrial Security and Certified Fraud Examiner from the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. |
