William A. Shutzer has been a director of Jupitermedia since January 2000. Mr. Shutzer has been a partner of Evercore Partners, a financial advisory and private equity from since 2004. He previously served as a Managing Director of Lehman Brothers from 2000 through 2003, a Partner in Thomas Weisel Partners LLC from 1999 through 2000, as Executive Vice President of ING Baring Furman Selz LLC from 1998 through 1999, as President of Furman Selz Inc., from 1995 through 1997, and as a Managing Director of Lehman Brothers and its predecessors from 1978 through 1994. He is also director of Tiffany & Co., RSI Holding Corporation, CSK Auto, Corp. and TurboChef Technologies, Inc. Mr. Shutzer also served as an advisory director of the E & J Gallo Winery from 1998 to 2000 and as director of Blount International from 2001 to 2004. |
