Bill is the former Chairman of the Board of Solectron Corporation and Co-Chief Executive Officer of Aphton Corporation. In addition to being a trustee of The Schwab Funds, he serves on the boards of other public and private companies, including Ditech Networks, Harris Stratex Networks, Mission West Properties, InsideTrack, ETWater, and Rubicon Ltd. He was dean of the Walter A. Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley, from 1991 to 1998, and was the Vice Chairman of Worldwide Management Consulting at KPMG from 1986 to 1991. |
