Admiral Owens is Managing Director, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of AEA Holdings Asia, a private equity fund. Admiral Owens previously served as Vice Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Nortel Networks Corporation, as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Teledesic LLC and as President, Chief Operating Officer and Vice Chairman of Science Applications International Corporation. He also served in the U.S. military from 1962 to 1996, holding various key leadership positions, including Vice Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. Admiral Owens is a director of DaimlerChrysler AG, Polycom, Inc. and Wipro Limited. Admiral Owens is the Chair of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee and serves as our Lead Independent Director. |
