William A. Levine is a partner in the Corporate Department of our Boston office and the co-leader of the Financings Practice Group. He concentrates on financing and general corporate matters. He has broad experience as a corporate, securities and financing lawyer and has been involved in mergers, acquisitions, private equity financings, debt financings, public offerings and international business transactions in many different industries. Mr. Levine represents a variety of public and private companies (including companies in traditional businesses as well as early stage and mature technology companies), not-for-profit entities and private equity and mezzanine investment firms. He also represents banks in a wide variety of financing transactions, including large syndicated credits and single-lender financings, both secured (including asset-based loans) and unsecured, as well as workouts and restructurings. In particular, he has represented senior lenders in loans to many companies with complex capital structures. He has also represented many such companies in connection with debt and equity financings.
