William Harvey is the Managing Partner of the firm. He is a seasoned, experienced litigator concentrating in all facets of complex commercial litigation, with particular emphasis on shareholder, employment and real estate disputes, securities litigation, and insolvency.
Mr. Harvey was named by other lawyers as one of Pennsylvania's top litigation lawyers from 2004-2007 in a survey conducted by the polling organization Law and Politics.
