Bill Burke joined Newell Rubbermaid in 2003 as the president of Lenox. Under his leadership, the brand averaged double-digit sales growth and became a significant platform for international expansion through strong branding, innovation, end-user conversion and channel penetration. Prior to Newell Rubbermaid, Bill served as vice president/general manager of the Product Service Division and global vice president of marketing at Black & Decker.
