Willem Ackermans, Chief Financial Officer, has extensive experience in executive positions in finance and administration, IR, M&A, Joint Venture and new business development within the telecom industry throughout Europe and Asia. Mr. Ackermans served as Corporate Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer at KPN, the Dutch telecommunication company, and various large joint ventures affiliated with KPN. Mr Ackermans has extensive experience with entities listed on European stock exchanges as well as NYSE and NASDAQ. In 2001-2003 Mr. Ackermans served as CFO of Telemedia N.V. Following this, he served as Director of Corporate Development and Strategy at NV Nuon, a leading energy company in the Netherlands. Mr. Ackermans holds a Masters Degree in Engineering from the Dutch Technical University at Delft. |
