Mr. Rosegay has been involved with the financial services industry for fifteen years, with nine years in the public finance group of Lehman Brothers and the merchant banking group of Barclays Bank, and six years in boutique investment banking and consulting activities. He has focused on development of quantitative modeling to assist management in making decisions about financing structure and project feasibility, and has extensive transactional experience.Mr. Rosegay has been an Acquisition Coordinator since November 2004.
