Will Rotch serves as the CTO for the Americas Region at CSG Systems. In this capacity, Rotch is responsible for working closely with customers in North and South America to understand current and future needs and ensure key regional requirements are incorporated into CSG’s overall product strategy and vision.
In this role, Rotch also serves as a key evangelist for the company’s industry-leading billing and customer care software solutions across the Americas region. He is frequently sought out as an expert on telecommunications trends in North and South America.
Rotch worked for Kenan Systems for more than 13 years before it was acquired by CSG Systems. Before taking his current role, he managed the company’s sales consulting group for the Americas. As a Sales Consultant, Rotch helped pioneer business in the Caribbean and Latin American region. In a two-year span, Rotch help grow the business in the region from startup to 14 customers and three offices.
Rotch has a Master of Business Administration degree in Decision Sciences and Strategic Management from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Engineering from Harvard University.
Rotch speaks French and is conversant in Spanish. |
