Will Kussell was appointed chief operating officer in June 2003. In his role, he oversees worldwide brand development and operations for Dunkin' Brands' three brands.
Mr. Kussell began his career with Dunkin' Brands in 1994 as a Senior Vice President of Marketing and Purchasing for Dunkin' Donuts and was promoted to President of Dunkin' Donuts in 1996. Will then served as Retail Concept Officer for Dunkin' Brands where he oversaw the marketing, retail operating systems, supply chain and strategic planning for all three brands. Prior to joining Dunkin' Brands, Will gained extensive marketing and retail management experience as Vice President of Marketing for Reebok and as the international group product manager for Polaroid.
Mr. Kussell earned bachelor's degrees in both history and sociology from the University of Pennsylvania before going on to receive his master's degree in business administration from Boston University. Currently, he is a member of the board of directors of Zoots, the International Franchise Association, and the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce.
