Will Kussell was appointed President & Chief Brand Officer of Dunkin' Donuts Worldwide in January 2008. In his role, he is responsible for all domestic and international operations, marketing, franchising and new business initiatives for the Dunkin' Donuts brand. Mr. Kussell began his career with Dunkin' Brands in 1994 as a Senior Vice President of Marketing and Purchasing for Dunkin' Donuts and was promoted to President of Dunkin' Donuts in 1996. Mr. Kussell then served as Retail Concept Officer for Dunkin' Brands where he oversaw the marketing, retail operating systems, supply chain and strategic planning for all three brands. In June 2003, Mr. Kussell was named Chief Operating Officer for Dunkin' Brands. As Chief Operating Officer, he was responsible for the strategic direction and operating results for Dunkin' Donuts, Baskin-Robbins and Togo's worldwide. Prior to joining Dunkin' Brands, Mr. Kussell gained extensive marketing and retail management experience as Vice President of Marketing for Reebok and as the international group product manager for Polaroid. Mr. Kussell earned bachelor's degrees in both history and sociology from the University of Pennsylvania before going on to receive his master's degree in business administration from Boston University. Currently, he is a member of the Board of Directors for Dunkin' Brands, Inc., The Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce, and the International Franchise Association. |
