Will Tansey is an associate practicing in the areas of corporate law, commercial real estate and business financial reorganization. Will's practice has recently included asset sales, litigation and motion practice on behalf of several large chapter 11 debtors, including Paper Warehouse, Inc., inTelefilm Corporation, Mr. Movies, Inc., and Eveleth Mines, LLC. In addition to representing chapter 11 debtors, Will has represented a local Fortune 100 company with a variety of bankruptcy related litigation and creditor rights issues. Will received his undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Cum Laude, in 1995 and his law degree from the University of Minnesota Law School, Cum Laude, in 2002. |
