Was a 2006 All-Conference USA First Team selection by the coaches and media his senior season after leading the team with 105 tackles (66 solo), five interceptions, two fumble recoveries and two forced fumbles sat out the 2005 season with a knee injury suffered during the fall of 2004 ... started eight of the first nine games of the season before a knee injury sidelined him for the remaining two games as a junior in 2004 still finished the year with 71 total tackles and a team-leading four interceptions with three forced fumbles and five tackles for losses ranked second on the team with 104 total tackles (76 solo), tied for the team lead with four interceptions and finished second with seven pass breakups as a sophomore ... led all UH defenders with three forced fumbles one of only nine players to start all 13 games enjoyed a career day at No. 5 Michigan when he led all players with 14 tackles, including 12 solo stops, and led team with three pass break-ups appeared in all 12 games as a true freshman while playing an important role on special teams.
