Dr. Bruce is a distinguished technology professional with over 23 years experience designing and developing computer software products and systems. He is the chief architect and designer of the Rollover Solution Network. Prior to joining Wealth Management Systems in 2004, Dr. Bruce ran his own technology consulting practice. Bruce Consulting Inc. provided software architecture, design and development services for the financial services industry. In 2002 Dr. Bruce formed a partnership with Wealth Management Systems whereby his experience and multi-disciplined technology approach have enhanced the development of customized financial service platforms for various Wealth Management Systems clients.
Dr. Bruce previously held technical leadership positions with IBM where he developed computer operating systems such as RPS, EDX, AIX, and OS/2, and advanced user interface technologies such as ThinkWrite and the Human Centered Experience. Dr. Bruce’s accomplishments as the technical leader on the IBM ThinkWrite product were formally recognized by the industry when the product won a COMDEX Best New Technology Award.
After 14 years of service with IBM, Dr. Bruce joined the faculty of Nova Southeastern University where he taught graduate level courses in Operating Systems and Artificial Intelligence and performed research and theory development in machine learning technologies. Returning to industrial software development in 1998, Dr. Bruce served as Senior Product Architect and Developer for Internet based applications at SinglePoint Financial, and upon a company merger for Cofiniti Corporation before establishing Bruce Consulting Inc.
Dr. Bruce holds a B.A. in Religion from Campbellsville College, an M.S. in Mathematics from Florida State University, and a Ph.D. in Computer Science from Nova Southeastern University.
