Wilbert H. Marmion has served as our President , Chief Executive Officer and as a director since January 2004. Mr. Marmion founded Marmion Air Service, our wholly owned subsidiary in 1998 and has served as its president since that time. Mr. Marmion also serves as Vice President of Mar-Len Distributing, a
privately held corporation. Mr. Marmion is married to Ellen Raidl, our Secretary, Treasurer and director. |
