As Kane Realty Corporation’s Development Associate, Whitt Cozart is involved in planning, financing, and realizing the company’s future opportunities across all property types. Before joining Kane, Whitt worked for Steel Technology, Inc. where his responsibilities included formulating pricing estimates for commercial jobs and analyzing blueprints, specification, proposals and other documentation to develop estimates for building projects. Whitt graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a Bachelor of Arts in history. He also attended the Carolina Business Institute at UNC-CH Kenan-Flagler Business School and the University of London. Whitt is an active member of the Urban Land Institute, the North Carolina Costal Conservation Association, and the Raleigh Ducks Unlimited. |
