Whitt Case began his career with Shared Medical Services (SMS) in 1984. Mr. Case left a position with UW (University of Wisconsin) Hospital in Madison to staff one of the first SMS mobile CT routes. Starting as a driver/tech, Mr. Case knows the business from the ground up. Mr. Case has been a Great Lakes Regional Vice President with SMS since 1986. Originally when the Company was in its formative years, the VP position meant staffing, hiring, training, contracting, driving, and repairs. Mr. Case assists facilities in the start-up phase including as a consultant for equipment needs and site design. Mr. Case works with radiology directors and administrators to design a mobile imaging program that will facilitate your needs from start until transition to in-house. Mr. Case also works with many larger healthcare facilities and organizations to accommodate supplemental needs, helping facilities retain patients by keeping scheduling backlogs to a minimum. Mr. Case has served on the SMS Board of Directors and the Business Development Group and is a member of the ARRT and ASRT. Mr. Case has learned, through many conversations with customers that one major frustration with sales representatives is that once they sign on, they seldom hear from the rep again until it’s time to re-sign. You will find that Mr. Case is not a Catch and Release representative. |
