Whitney serves as an Associate in our Denver headquarters. Whitney provides a multitude of services within the firm. She supports the team in all facets of buy and sell-side transactions including evaluating the financial and strategic options of distressed companies, due diligence, and marketing. As a licensed real estate agent in the State of Colorado, Whitney places an emphasis on real estate transactions and financing opportunities. Prior to joining GCP, Whitney was a Financial Analyst with Summit Capital Advisors, a private real estate investment firm in Denver. There she refined her skills in property valuations and market research. Whitney received a Bachelor of Science in Business Finance and a Bachelor of Environmental Design from the University of Colorado. |
