Wes Hayden is responsible for managing strategy, operations, marketing, professional services and engineering for Nuance’s Enterprise Products and Solutions Division, which includes all the company’s network speech business units. Wes joined the company in 2007 with solid enterprise-oriented solution skills and ability to foster strong customer relationships. Prior to joining the company, he was the president and CEO of Genesys, a subsidiary of Alcatel-Lucent. In his career, he has held executive roles at Informix, Sun Microsystems, Digital Equipment Corporation and Applied Data Research. He holds a B.S. from the University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana and an M.B.A from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University. He also currently serves on the Board of Trustees for the Glenkirk Foundation in Northbrook, Illinois and on the Board of Directors of the International Women’s Democracy Center (IWDC) in Washington, DC. |
