Wendy Toulas, a 2000 graduate of Fordham University School of Law, is an associate in the firm's Banking Department. Ms. Toulas represents banks and other financial institutions in commercial real estate and other lending transactions. Ms. Toulas graduated magna cum laude from the State University of New York at Binghamton in 1996. As an undergraduate student Ms. Toulas was a legal intern in the Small Claims Court Action Center at the New York Public Interest Research Group and in the Consumer Frauds department of the Attorney General's office.
