Wendy Hannam is Executive Vice President, Domestic Personal Banking and Distribution. She is responsible for the delivery of retail and small business banking services through the branch network and Customer Contact Centres in Canada.
Wendy joined Scotiabank in 1983 as a Commercial Account Manager. She has held progressively senior positions in Commercial Banking, Risk Management, Product Management, Regional Sales Management and Domestic Sales and Service. She was most recently Executive Vice-President, Domestic Branch Banking.
Wendy holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) degree from Memorial University and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Toronto (1983). In 2003, she completed the Advanced Management Programme at INSEAD.
Wendy is a member of the Board of Scotia Securities Inc. She also serves as a Director of the Canadian Club and as Chair of the Board of the Toronto Children's Chorus.
Wendy and her husband have two children. |
