Wendy Zimmer Linehan practices in the Taxation and Estate Planning Group at Dykema Gossett PLLC. Ms. Linehan’s practice includes the complete range of services, including estate and tax planning, guardianships and conservatorships, probate administration and probate litigation. Ms. Linehan has appeared extensively before the probate court and has received court appointments as guardian ad litem and attorney for the ward. Ms. Linehan has also appeared before the Michigan Court of Appeals and the Michigan Supreme Court. Ms. Linehan’s clients include both individuals and professional and corporate fiduciaries.
Ms. Linehan has lectured on estate planning, estate administration, guardianship and conservatorship issues. Prior to entering private practice, Ms. Linehan clerked for the Honorable Susan D. Borman of the Wayne County Circuit Court.
