Wendy V. Shick, principal, joined Rea’s Willoughby Hills office in 2006. She comes to Rea & Associates from Lynch, Anselmo, Ott, Bryan + Company, where she was employed for eight years, most recently as a shareholder. She also spent 10 years at a large local accounting firm. She is a graduate of Harbor High School in Ashtabula, Ohio, and Michigan State University, receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in accounting. Ms. Shick is a certified public accountant and a certified financial planner. At Rea, her job responsibilities include work in all areas of taxation and general accounting, including reviews and audits. She is a member of the Cleveland Chapter of the Executive Women’s Golf Association, for which she has held various positions, including education, communications and handicap over seven years. For three years, she coordinated the counting of donations for Cleveland’s Suicide Prevention Education Alliance’s annual walk. Ms. Shick is the former treasurer for the Cleveland chapter of the Amateur Athletic Union. Ms. Shick lives in Ashtabula, Ohio, where she enjoys golf, nature photography and taking care of her dog and two cats. |
