Wendy B. Green joined Forman Holt Eliades & Ravin in 2007. Wendy has practiced bankruptcy law since graduating from law school. In recent years, Wendy's practice has grown to focus on representation of commercial interests inside as well as outside of bankruptcy. Wendy continues that experience with Forman Holt Eliades & Ravin, concentrating now in nation-wide representation of franchisors. In addition, Wendy represents other creditor and debtor clients on a wide range of bankruptcy and related issues. Wendy brings keen analytical and writing skills to her practice and an over-arching focus on practical issues.
Immediately prior to joining Forman Holt Eliades & Ravin, Wendy worked for a number of years as the sole bankruptcy attorney at a New Jersey litigation firm. In that capacity, Wendy fulfilled bankruptcy and commercial law litigation needs of that firm's multinational corporate clients on a regional and national basis. Wendy also represented clients on various transactional matters. Prior to that position, Wendy worked for several years in the financial services group of one of the New Jersey's oldest and largest firms, primarily representing lenders and other secured creditors in bankruptcy. Before moving to New Jersey, Wendy worked with a premier bankruptcy boutique firm in Atlanta, Georgia, representing both debtors and creditors.
Wendy began her legal career by serving a one-year federal judiciary clerkship with the Honorable John S. Dalis, U. S. Bankruptcy Judge, Southern District of Georgia.
