Wendi Howell has twenty-one years in the commercial real estate industry, concentrating on retail properties. With experience in property management, she has worked exclusively in the leasing of various types of projects during the last thirteen years. Wendi’s experience includes both direct leasing and the supervision of leasing personnel on retail projects ranging from grocery-anchored neighborhood centers to specialty lifestyle centers to enclosed multi-anchored malls. Wendi has handled the leasing of several new retail developments in the Triangle area. Her current responsibilities include the leasing of redevelopment projects as well as existing retail centers. |
