Wendel Barr, 44, has been Covance's Corporate Senior Vice President and President Early Development North America since February 2003. From October 2000 to February 2003, Mr. Barr was Corporate Vice President and General Manager Labs North America. Prior to joining Covance, Mr. Barr was the Global Vice President and General Manager of Service for Marconi Medical Systems, which he joined in October 1999. Prior to that, Mr. Barr was the General Manager of Service for General Electric Medical Systems. Mr. Barr was employed by General Electric Co. from 1984 to 1999, in positions of increasing responsibility in services, marketing, and global business. |
