Ms. Weili Dai one of our co-founders has served as Vice President Corporate Secretary and a Director of Marvell Technology Group Ltd. since its inception in 1995. Since 1999 Ms. Dai has served as Executive Vice President and General Manager of the Communications Business Group. In this role she is responsible for managing all of the Company’s communications product lines. Ms. Dai has also served as Executive Vice President and a Director of Marvell Semiconductor Inc. since its inception. In 2006 she was appointed Chief Operating Officer (COO) and is responsible for the company’s global operations functions. Prior to founding Marvell Ms. Dai was involved in software development and project management at Canon Research Center America Inc. Ms. Dai holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of California at Berkeley. |
