Mr. Wilson has been a director of the Company since October 2007, having previously served as a director of Cytyc Corporation since July 2003. A certified public accountant, Mr. Wilson has been an independent business advisor since September 2002. From January 1998 to September 2002, Mr. Wilson served as President and Chief Operating Officer, and from August 1995 to January 1998, he served as Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, of PC Connection, Inc., a direct marketer of information technology products and services.
