Wayne Thaw is Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, President and Treasurer of the Company. Patrick Hoscoe serves as a Vice President of the Company. The terms of all officers expire at the annual meeting of directors following the annual shareholders meeting. Officers serve at the pleasure of the Board and may be removed, either with or without cause, by the Board of Directors, and a successor elected by a majority vote of the Board of Directors, at any time.
Wayne Thaw has served as Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive officer since December 2000 and President and Chief Operating Officer of the Company since November 1987. Mr. Thaw has been a full-time employee since 1980. |
