Mr. Moor joined the company in February 2005 and has previously served as a chief financial officer of several public companies, and has over 25 years experience in real estate and hotel operations, asset management, debt restructurings, recapitalizations and developing strategic turnaround plans. Prior to Dyadic, Mr. Moor served as Chief Financial Officer of a number of companies, including Boca Resorts, Inc., ANC, the parent company of Alamo and National rental car companies, Gerald Stevens, Inc., a floral products marketer and retailer, US Diagnostic, Inc., an operator of outpatient medical diagnostic imaging and related facilities, and a number of other privately and publicly held financial institutions and real estate operating companies. Mr. Moor received his undergraduate degree in Accounting from University of Montevallo and is a Certified Public Accountant. |
