Wayne Kohlbrecher serves as a Property Manager for Monday Properties. He is responsible for the daily operations and maintenance at 1440 Broadway, one of the Class A office buildings within the company’s New York portfolio. Prior to joining Monday Properties in 2003, Mr. Kohlbrecher was a General Manager for Jones Lang LaSalle, where he oversaw Goldman Sach’s world headquarters, and held various management assignments with Tishman Speyer Properties and PM Realty. Mr. Kohlbrecher is a graduate of University of Scranton in Pennsylvania. |
