Wayne Hucke has more than 17 years experience as a proposal and pricing manager on telecommunications network proposals.

Prior to joining Suss Consulting, Mr. Hucke spent nine years at N.E.T. Federal Inc. as a proposal and pricing manager. In this position, he managed the technical, management, and pricing responses on all of N.E.T.'s major proposals. In this position, he was responsible for developing proposal win strategies, for competitive analyses, for designing and implementing the pricing strategies and pricing models. He also managed N.E.T.'s GSA Schedule contract, including pricing, data processing support, and the production and distribution of the Authorized Price List. He was responsible for managing N.E.T.'s successful AFNET proposal.

Mr. Hucke also spent five years with M/A-COM DCC Inc. as Manager of Technical Administration. His responsibilities in managing the hardware development of a satellite communications system ground terminal included project pricing, proposal pricing strategy and pricing modeling, managing the proposal teams, and project scheduling. While with M/A-COM, Mr. Hucke also managed an X.25 packet switch contract.

Mr. Hucke also spent time with ANT Telecommunications Inc., as Director of Operations. His responsibilities there included managing the purchasing, manufacturing, and product test departments, and managing the product development of a DS3 Cross-Connect Switch. Prior to that, he worked for Input Output Computer Services Inc. as the project manager for an accounting system for the U.S. Coast Guard.
