Wayne Firsty brings more than 15 years of manufacturing and management leadership to Fabric7. He joined Fabric7 in June 2003 as the first person in its Manufacturing Operations and as Vice President of Operations is responsible for competitive manufacturing capabilities with respect to production efforts, including capacity planning, quality control, cycle time, and cost control as well as supplier relationships. Prior to Fabric7, Mr. Firsty served in similar senior level manufacturing roles with Procket Networks and Amber Networks. He also served as General Manager of Flextek Components of California, Director of Operations for Actuant, and a Plant and Manufacturing Manager for multiple factories of Stanley Works. Mr. Firsty has both an MBA and a Masters degree in Manufacturing from M.I.T. as well as a Bachelors degree in Finance from Wharton and a Bachelors in Computer Science from the University of Pennsylvania Engineering School. |
