Wayne Brody is Vice President, Legal Affairs, and Chief Compliance Officer, Arrow Electronics, Inc.
As Vice President, Legal Affairs, Brody provides counsel to Arrow's senior management and is responsible for, among other things, litigation, contractual relations with customers, suppliers and employees, and government relations. As Chief Compliance Officer, he overseas Arrow's various compliance programs and initiatives, and develops training in these areas for the organization. During his past 20 years at Arrow, Brody has held a number of positions, including Corporate Counsel, Assistant General Counsel and General Counsel, North American Operations . Prior to joining Arrow, Brody spent six years as a litigation and corporate associate at Hyman, Miner & Robbin in New York City. Brody holds a bachelor's degree in Asian and classical history from Syracuse University, a certificate of advanced Mandarin instruction from the Taipei Language Institute, and a J.D. from Columbia Law School. He is a member of the Board of Governors of Touro Law School as well as the Advisory Board of its Institute of Business, Law and Technology. He is also a member of the Commercial Law and e-Commerce committees of the Association of Corporate Counsel. |
