Wayne Booth is a CPA with extensive experience in financial reporting, accounting and internal auditing and controls. During his 30-year career he has served as deputy comptroller for Saudi ARAMCO, the US arm of the world's largest oil producing company, and director of business processes for Star Enterprise, the refining and marketing joint venture between Texaco Inc. and Saudi ARAMCO. He is an Associate with FrontStreet Partners, LLC and in that capacity led an immensely successful effort to redevelop accounting systems, procedures and controls for a unit of Chevron Corp. He is expert in both day-to-day accounting and in forensic and reconstructive accounting. |
