R. Wayne Stratton, CPA, ABV, CFE, CrFA was named by Money Magazine as one of the top tax accountants in the U.S. He is an Owner and Manager of Litigation Support Services Division focusing on business valuation, arbitration, expert testimony, and fraud auditing. He also works with financial institutions, health care organizations, extractive industries and manufactures. Mr. Stratton graduated from the University of Cincinnati and is accredited in business valuation by the American Institute of CPA’s , a Certified Fraud Examiner, and a Forensic Accountant. He has served as a Council member of the American Institute of CPA’s, past President of the Kentucky Society of CPA’s and is a member of the American Institute of CPA’s Uniform Accountancy Act Committee and the ABV Credential Committee. He currently serves as Vice Chair of East Kentucky Power Cooperative, and director of Shelby Energy, Shelbyville Municipal Water & Sewer Commission, and Republic Bancorp, Inc. |
