Wayne R. Exton has been Group Vice President and General Manager, Business Jet Segment of B/E Aerospace, Inc. since April 30, 2006, where he directs the development and execution of the strategic plan for the Business Jet Segment, which includes the Super First Class business. Prior to this position, Mr. Exton joined B/E as Vice President and General Manager of the Super First Class business in November 2005, where he led the development and execution of business planning initiatives.
Prior to joining B/E, Mr. Exton worked nine years for Britax Automotive and Aerospace Divisions in a variety of positions including General Manager, Vice President Operations and Director, Global Marketing and Sales. As General Manager of Britax Heath Tecna, he had profit and loss responsibility for multiple businesses in the aircraft integration, reconfiguration and composites manufacturing sectors. Before joining Britax, Mr. Exton held senior positions at Fiat, and Lucas Electrical in the UK where he began his career.
Mr. Exton has a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from Warwick University in the UK. |
