Mr. Yetter has been the Chief Executive Officer of Odyssey Pharmaceuticals Inc. the specialty pharmaceutical division of Pliva d.d. since 2004. Since 2003 he has served on the Advisory Board of Alterity Partners (mergers and acquisition advisory firm). From September 2000 to June 2003 Mr. Yetter served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Synavant Inc. (pharmaceutical marketing/technology services). From 1999 to 2000 Mr. Yetter served as Chief Operating Officer at IMS Health Inc. (information services for the healthcare industry). From 1997 to 1999 he served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Novartis Pharmaceuticals Corporation (pharmaceuticals). From 1991 to 1994 Mr. Yetter served as General Manager and then President of Astra Merck a division of Merck & Co. From 1994 to 1997 he served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Astra Merck Inc. (pharmaceuticals). Mr. Yetter serves on the board of directors of Transkaryotic Therapies Inc.
