Mr. Harvey is the Retired Managing Partner of Whittier, California - based CPA firm Harvey & Parmelee, where he practiced accounting for 40 years. He served as a Board member of the former Quaker City Bank and Quaker City Bancorp (acquired by Banco Popular in September 2004) for 23 years. He is a member of the California Society of Certified Public Accountants (now CALCPA) and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and was recently awarded a life membership in each organization. This retired executive continues to volunteer his time as a member of the Board of Trustees of Whittier College and several nonprofit organizations in the Coachella Valley. Mr. Harvey currently serves as Chairman of the Audit Committee. |
