Wayne Foo joined the Corporation’s board of directors in June 2006. He is a geologist with extensive oil and gas industry experience and he received a Bachelor of Science in Geology from the University of Calgary in 1977 and a Masters of Science in Geology from Queen’s University in 1979. Mr. Foo has had a varied 27- year career in the energy sector, including: a geologist at Chevron Canada Resources; a geologist at Corexcana Ltd.; Geologist, Supervisor and Manager at Chevron Canada and International; President, Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of Archer Resources Ltd.; and President and Chief Executive Officer of Dominion Energy Canada Ltd. At present, Mr. Foo is President and CEO, and a Director of Petro Andina Resources Inc, a TSX listed issuer. |
