E. Wayne Cooley, Member of the Board of Directors for Meta Financial Group MetaBank and MetaBank West Central. Dr. Cooley is Consultant Emeritus of the Iowa Girls' High School Athletic Union in Des Moines Iowa. He is Executive Consultant of the Iowa High School Speech Association a member of the Buena Vista University Board of Trustees a member of the Drake Relays Executive Committee and on the Board of Directors of the Women's College Basketball Association Hall of Fame. Dr. Cooley has served as Chairman of the Iowa Heart Association and as Vice Chairman of the Iowa Games. He is a 1943 graduate of Buena Vista College in Storm Lake Iowa and holds honorary doctorate degrees from Buena Vista University in Storm Lake Iowa and Morningside College in Sioux City Iowa.
