Way has over 20 year’s experience executive level positions in the semiconductor equipment industry. Before founding Allegro, Mr. Tu was President of Lam Research Corporation. While at Lam, he held various positions including Senior Process Engineer, Manager, Director, Vice President and President. Prior to joining Lam, Mr. Tu served as Senior Process Engineer at Fairchild Semiconductor Corporation, where he developed FPD technology in the R&D center. Mr. Tu received his BS Chemistry at the National Taiwan University and his MS in Chemical Engineering at Stanford University and subsequently attended Harvard Business School. He is also a Ph.D. candidate in Material Science at Stanford University. |
