Washington Lem has experience in analysis of antitrust and valuation issues, particularly in the petroleum industry. Mr. Lem has extensive experience with oil pricing issues for domestic crude oil. He has designed, built and managed numerous databases for oil royalty and tax issues. Mr. Lem is an expert in the creation of graphics for use in presentations and at trial. He has extensive experience constructing and analyzing damages models.
