Mr. Charlton was appointed to the Board of Directors and became the Non-Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors on March 8, 1999. Mr. Charlton is the Managing Director of True North Partners LLC, a venture capital firm with a specialty in the health care field. Mr. Charlton has 19 years of business experience, consisting of ten years of line management experience and nine years in the consulting profession (previously with Booz Allen & Hamilton and the Wilkerson Group). Mr. Charlton received an honors degree in Marketing from the University of Newcastle and an MBA from Cranfield Institute of Technology.
