Warren White is responsible for developing services targeted at empowering our Clients with the means to effectively and efficiently embrace the changes facilitated by the use of the ASIL software product line. Warren has 28 years of leadership experience in the service and manufacturing industries, including such innovative companies as Sun Microsystems, KLA-Tencor, Inc., and Data General Corporation. Warren is an accomplished and award-winning Senior Executive with leadership experience in a variety of roles including Repair Center Management, Supply Chain Management, Customer Relationship Management, Call Center Management, Information Systems Management, and Process Management. Warren is highly skilled in the areas of Six Sigma, Organizational Development and Change Management. Several key accomplishments include directing Global Teams focused on Program Management and Application Management for critical Business System Applications supporting 6000 globally distributed service agents/partners servicing over 84,000 service requests monthly. In the area of Supply Chain Management, Warren led the supply chain management group for North and South America, establishing vision, strategy and direction to a function growing 30% annually while managing spares availability to levels exceeding 97% on a demand basis of >12,000 units per week. He also implemented an industry leading Partner alliance and collaboration model resulting in >$10M/yr savings in Spare Part program expenditures. |
