Warren Daniels, Jr. (Bo) has over 15 years of experience in the municipal finance sector. As the head of our Public Finance practice, is dedicated to serving clients with creative ideas and outstanding execution delivered by a team of experienced senior bankers.Before starting at Loop Capital Markets, Mr. Daniels was a Vice President and Manager of the Midwest region for Goldman, Sachs & Co, where he oversaw the firm's municipal finance operations. While at Goldman, he was the lead banker on over $15 billion of senior managed transactions for various issuers. The types of transactions included financial products, variable and fixed rate, asset privatizations and securitizations. He has expertise with sophisticated financial products, airport and transportation transactions, structured, water and sewer, general infrastructure, housing and other municipal financings. Mr. Daniels has a Masters in Business Administration in Finance from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from the University of Southern California. He holds Series 7, 53, and 63 licenses. |
