Mr. Musser was elected to the Company’s Board of Directors in February 2003. Mr. Musser. He is the Chairman and Co-Chief Executive Officer of Epitome Systems. He is also a Managing Director of The Musser Group and Chairman Emeritus of Safeguard Scientifics, Inc. Previously, Mr. Musser was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Safeguard Scientifics, Inc., and Founder, Chairman and President of the Lancaster Corporation. In addition to NutriSystem, he serves on the boards of Telkonet, Health Benefits Corp., Internet Capital Group, Zenta Group, Advantage Entertainment Centers, Inc., Intrepid Capital Partners LLC, and Health Advocate, Inc. Mr. Musser is also Co-Chairman of the Eastern Technology Council, and Chairman of Economics PA and the National Center for the American Revolution. |
