Warren S. Rustand has served as director since May 2005. Mr. Rustand was Chairman and CEO of Rural Metro Corp., a $600 million privatization company focused on the healthcare industry. He has also served on nearly fifty boards of directors which include both private and public companies, as well as numerous non-governmental organizations. Warren has served as Chairman and/or CEO of 10 companies. He is currently Managing Director of SCCapital Partners, a Newport Beach, California Investment Banking Firm. Additionally, Mr. Rustand has had a long term interest in public policy, and in 1973, was selected as a White House Fellow. During his fellowship he served in various positions such as Special Assistant to the Secretary of Commerce and Special Assistant to the Vice President. In addition, from 1974 to 1976, he served as the Appointments Secretary to the President. Mr. Rustand serves as a director of TLC Vision Corporation, a Nasdaq listed eye-care services company, and the Chairman of its Audit Committee. He received his bachelors and masters degrees in political science from the University of Arizona in 1965 and 1972, respectively. |
